Check-in was hard to find (it is in the Casino). There was no hot water and it was not very clean. They have not refunded our 200 Euro deposit, and they will not respond to emails. All of this aside, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere.

The apartment is devoid of most furnishings save for basics, so it is a little depressing. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that happens outside and in the other apartments. No tea and coffee inside which would have been nice but there is a store nearby where it can be purchased. Check-in is hard to find, turns out it is in the casino. I think these apartments should be torn down and replaced with a more quality building or they should be assigned to students. On the upside it is close to some great bars and restaurants. I liked the area a lot.

I woke up the following morning to both alive and dead bugs in my bed. Room was only to be held on a credit card but they went and charged it to that card without my consent i was told when i got there.

Very Disappointing. Bathroom shower curtain was filthy and exposed plumbing in bathroom was crusty. Smelled of mildew and sewage. Incredibly loud— apartments are next to a nightclub and people partying until 6am. Could hear people dropping things upstairs, too, on the hardwood floors all night. Very seedy. Good for a party crowd. Didn’t use kitchen - countertops were very scratched and shabby. Dingy.

Nachdem Checkin zeigte man uns die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof. Die Abluft eines Restaurant geht direkt da durch, dementsprechend riecht es auch. Direkt im inneren des Eingangs hat es Schimmel neben der Türe. Im Bad neben der Wanne hat es einen weiteren grossen Schimmel fleck sowie die Matratze eines der Betten war dreckig/schimlig. Wir sind gleich wieder ausgecheckt! Ich bin enttäuscht von eebokers. Habe sehr viel über dieses Portal gebucht, was ich jetzt nicht mehr machen werde!

A great disappointment

We arrived to find oven filthy, stung our eyes when put on. No cooking dishes, no serving dishes, no ironing board (but we had the iron), and both bedside lamps would not work. We had no hot water The location is right next door to a pub, which some nights the noise carried on to 3 - 4 in the morning. Both window blinds were broken. The window looked out onto a fire escape where numerous boxes etc were thrown. A list of complaints were made,. We found the staff apologetic, but couldnt give us another room. At the end of our stay (7 days) 1 lamp still hadn't been repaired, the bathroom sink was still coming away from the wall, we had been given a glass dish for cooking. We paid an awful lot of money for this apartment We will never go there again

Home away from home!

Great place to stay in. The place was very spacious and very clean. Added plus was a washer and dryer. The beds were also comphy. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the apartments very much.

Interesting

The apartment was big and in a cool area. For a large group, and if you are into nightlife, it is perfect. If you are looking for a solid night's sleep it is not the right place. The check-in is at the Four Aces and the person was very nice.

Friday Night In Galway

Not a bad facility. check in in a casino, great bars not far and Galway shopping close as well. But arriving late at night included walking through a gauntlet of homeless folks at the entrance who were not particulary bothersome, Late night partying nearby and perhaps a resident who was locked out who kept buzzing to get in. I would not recommend it for families but for adults who would love the location, it will fit their needs

Clean spacious hotel. Loud doors

Pearla Na Mara restaurant was a great place for a quiet traditional music venue with great food. Galway apartments were safe and secure and clean. Pubs nearby open late with loads of drinking and dancing. We went with a family and still got a decent night's sleep.

Very convenient stay, in Galway's center!

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed during our visit in Galway was really good, nearby nice pubs, the center and the coastal part. Recommended for sure!

Absolute worst

Not sure where to start. Checkin was easy. That's the end of the positives. Walked up to a poorly lit apartment after walking past several large trash containers, opened the apartment door and immediately, the smell hits you. Just awful. Downstairs, nothing but a floor, a couch, a kitchen and tv. Didn't use any of these. Went upstairs. Two rooms. One door squeaked louder than anything I've ever heard. Beds...gonna have to check for bugs. Not the cleanest by a long shot. Bathroom....smelled. Looks like there has been some prior water damage. Tried to get in the shower around 8am...ZERO hot water. None. Not one person got a freaking shower. Ice cold. Tried to call, no answer by the "owner." Just unreal. Tried to go find the owner in the casino (next door) to explain what happened....of course the casino is closed. No choice but to drop the key and leave. Absolute worst place imaginable. Wouldn't stay here if paid to do so.

Dirty, Humid And Uncomfortable!

The place was very dirty. The floor was literally covered with hair, crumbs and dirt! The toilet was kind of clean yet quite old and uncomfortable. Overall the flat was humid and quite cold. We stayed there 3 nights and nobody came to clean, change the towels or refill toilet paper. The inner court was very smelly with garbage bags left at every corner.

Not a hotel, but a full apartment has its uses

Definitely not a hotel, just a rented apartment. Don't expect maid service or friendly reception, it's pick the key up from the business next door, leave it in the box when you go. Apartment was not very well cleaned, stained sheets, bit of grime. That said, it was a full apartment for less than most hotel rooms, with a full kitchen, small fridge and washer/dryer.
