Ideal for friends and small family groups . High speed Wi-Fi, Smart Tv only- No Local channels. There is a kitchen space with hob (no oven) and small fridge and microwave. Strictly no under 25s unless travelling with family. Located on the top floor, this newly updated listing boasts a clean, bright design and comfy furnishings. Right in the heart of the city, you'll be surprised how quiet it is, given its location. The property has an open living/dining/kitchen space that leads to 2 bedrooms just off it. (3 x 4ft6in bed). Carefully decorated, specifically for short term guests and corporate, it provides all the amenities you'll need. Yes, the unit is on the sixth floor (which gets you above street noise) with 60 steps but the owners clearly discose that and it is manageable for anyone mobile - my whole family loved the space, young and old. The location was unbelievable and made it very easy to get around the city and hop on public transportation. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us. Right on Eyre Square so it was a great jumping off point for all our activities and for the city itself. The location is perfect with the train station a building away and everything you need right outside the apartment. Everything was within walking distance. We felt right in the heart of everything. It took us a little bit to adjust to not having AC or fans and the sounds of the birds at night but the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property management team was amazing. I especially loved that they sent local recommendations before our arrival. Very nice touch! ##### Erika C. We would have chosen a different place if we had know. We did fine but there would definitely be people who would have left. If I had brought my 83 yo mom it would have been disaster. ##### Ben H. It is in the perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and came quickly to address a minor issue, which we really appreciated. The space was great for a family of 4\. The stairs were a bit challenging, and we missed that detail in the listing. We also couldn’t figure out how to have hot water and strong water pressure in the shower at the same time.
