Clifen Central Station House is a lovely hotel. Wonderful staff, so friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is very good and they are happy to make something off menu. Perfect location to walk to town center, pubs and restaurants.

The hotel is close to everything. The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. I highly recommend the The Clifden Station House Hotel

Great reception on arrival
A great welcome from Clare(?), from Boston, who couldn't do enough. The guys across the way in the bar/restaurant were also fab, particularly in giving advice on Irish malts. As a newbie, I wasn't sure what I would like. Only downside was the water in the room not being replaced. When I asked about it, I was told it was only for arrival, so whether you stay 1 night or 3 you only get one lot of water. Either offer it or not. The bar staff were very accomodating there too

Great location. Friendly professional staff. Good GF options. Mainly mid to older guests, but it was term time. Hot tub could have been hot rather than warm.

The hotel has a good vibe, and there are many pubs and restaurants that are walking distance. Great shower/water pressure.

We loved this hotel! Our room was quiet, clean, modern and quite large. The desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available and we were able to walk across the parking lot for dinner and also just around the corner to pick up some snacks for our road trip. Breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from.

We really enjoyed our time at the Clifden House. It was quiet and comfortable and easy to get to and from. Food was really good, we ate there for breakfast and dinner and both were really good.

We liked the train depot atmosphere of the bar area and the food was very good. The breakfast in the hotel was also very good with a great selection. We slept well; the bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the station house hotel. The staff were lovely and looked after as very well especially Fiona on reception As indoor dining was not opened up yet we ate 2 nights of our 3 in the hotel once in the bar and once in the restaurant both excellent
