The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, with a very nice bathroom. The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable, but nothing unmanageable. It was also very loud, with people slamming doors well into the early morning. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay, and I would visit again

You get what you pay for. Limited amenities (no trash can at all in room or tv). It’s great if your on a budget and just need a place to crash for 2-3 nights

The hotel, while at a great location, was lacking in several areas. For one, when we first entered the room, it was clear that room service didn’t do a thorough job as there were crumbs in several locations and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. We don’t understand why room service only came in to fix our bed but not other cleaning the bathroom properly along with dealing with the sink drainage issue. The AC was not working and the room and the hallways leading to it were very hot. We had to request a fan to help cool down the room. Also, the bathroom sink had a drainage issue that was an annoyance the whole time we were there. I would recommend this hotel if you want a location close to the downtown Galway and to the tour pick up spots and able to overlook the cleanliness.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen.Ich wollte für eine Nacht aus dem Hostel raus und fand hier meine Ruhe.Ich konnte super schlafen.Ich würde hier wieder übernachten beim nächsten Besuch in Galway!!!
