It has two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The living room faces the street and is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Galway. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home. Our place also has the bonus of a private courtyard — a rare find in the city. Staying more than 7 days? Looking for parking? Please reach out in advance as we have offers available. The Space: The home is finished with modern design and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. On entering the home you immediately come into the living space which has seating for four and flat screen Tv. To the back of the living room is the kitchen. Modern style cabinetry with oven, microwave, dishware, and cookware that you will need for your stay including a dining area. Further back again is our private courtyard. The Bonus room! Relax and chat about the days adventures. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom with walk in shower is adjacent. \*Bed Configuration\* Bedroom 1: 1 Double (4x6); Bedroom 2: 1 Double (4x6) Our place is less than 200m to most of the top restaurants in the city. And less than 1 block to the Latin Quarter and Shop Street. Eyre Square and the train station are within a ten minute minute walk. This really is the best base for exploring Galway. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, and laundry tabs. Other things to note: We do not rent to locals. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. The townhouse is located in the heart of everything. We parked our car at the parking garage and never needed it again except to go to the Cliffs of Moher. Everything is within walking distance from the townhouse. The home is itself is clean and has everything you need. It’s a bit small but was perfect for our family of three. My father and I stayed here for 5 nights total. The house was stunning and withing walking distance to everything! Never needed a cab. Rooms were clean and it really felt as a home away from home. The only reason why I gave a one star is because Home Away’s website was not working when I booked the place. That gave many headache’s early on. Other than that, it was the perfect place for our stay! ##### David D. Would not allow us to check in early even though available to. In unit washer dryer…Dryer does not work. (Whole reason we booked this unit) Outside courtyard dirty and unusable. Home very clean but musty smelling. Windows must remain open due to smell… Galway vibrant so you then hear the late night partiers. (To be expected) Then 5 am trash collection, then the leaf blowers to clean up the glass. Our last morning there 5 am church across street being power washed. Did I mention 5 am! No AC and musty smell required windows to remain open so no rest for the weary. Very convenient to Galway but don’t expect a restful night. Would not chose to stay here again. ##### Ann B. Frustrated with the following: No instructions on how to operate the washer (washed clothing were always damp - had to hang laundry all over apartment to dry). No instructions on how to operate the heat. Living Room Furniture was stained. Did not sit on the furniture at all because of that. Would be nice to include a clean top sheet for both bedrooms. Not a fan of sleeping with a comforter; even though the duvet cover was clean -- the insert is not always washed. Bathroom very small but clean and modern.
