El entorno natural y paisajístico es de gran valor ecológico. Si buscas un ambiente íntimo, plácido y alejado de aglomeraciones, esta es tu casa. Distribución: Planta Baja: Recibidor, amplio salón, cocina, dos habitaciones y un espacioso baño. Garaje. Gran terraza, cubierta parcialmente, orientada al sur, con acceso al salón y al recibidor. Ideal para embelesarnos durante horas con sus espectaculares vistas a las cumbres de la sierra. Jardín amplio y finca con muchas encinas y piedras , todo para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. DESCRIPCIÓN La vivienda de 250m2, está distribuida en una sola planta. Dispone de un salón-comedor de 50m2, con chimenea de leña cerrada de alta eficiencia, Cocina con vistas al jardín, muy moderna y luminosa, totalmente equipada. Un dormitorio principal con cama de 150cm. Una habitación con dos camas de 1,05cm. Un baño completo con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje de 10m2\. Un garaje amplio con puertas automatizadas para dos vehículos de tamaño grande. La primera planta, dispone de una sala de juegos para los más pequeños de la casa que también puede ser utilizada como espacio de lectura, trabajo... En el exterior, las zonas ajardinadas toman el protagonismo. Alrededor de la casa se puede disfrutar de diferentes árboles y plantas: encina autóctona, pino piñonero, laurel, olivo, rosales, tomillo, lavanda… La vivienda es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida o sillas de niños, a través de su rampa de acceso, así como la anchura de paso de algunas de sus puertas. Todos los espacios se ubican en la planta baja (a excepción de sala de juegos / lectura). Durante la época estival, la terraza solárium será el lugar perfecto donde descansar y dejar que el sol nos envuelva sobre sus tumbonas o disfrutar de una relajada conversación en el césped, a la sombra de sus encinas. CLIMA, VEGETACIÓN Y FAUNA Su vegetación se adapta al clima mediterráneo de veranos secos y calurosos e inviernos fríos. Las nevadas esporádicas nos permiten disfrutar de unas vistas de ensueño. Las encinas y las piedras son los elementos característicos que conforman el atractivo paisaje de la finca. En cuanto a la fauna, conejos y zorros campan por los alrededores de la vivienda. Los jabalíes o ciervos, no son tan atrevidos, y se refugian entre los espesos matorrales de las dehesas cercanas, al igual que otras especies, como la jineta, el gato montés o el meloncillo. Desde la terraza se pueden ver pequeños pájaros (tórtola, gorrión, abubilla…), que visitan el jardín diariamente.
