Nice view clean and safe. Parking and fees and water in the room are extra charges to be mindful of.

I appreciated the on site amenities, the cleanliness of the hotel and the super friendly, helpful and professional staff members. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment were nearby enough. I did not like that my stay was from Sunday and I extended through the following Sunday and housekeeping only cleaned my room on the Monday, not even to refresh owels, take out trash or give clean glasses. Since I spent the majority of my stay outside of my room I believe that should not have been the case. I was disappointed the the indoor hot tub wasn't warm And the sauna was broken. But overall the pros outweighed the cons. And I'm looking forward to booking with them again as opposed to another facility. I should have asked if they have a loyalty program.

The resort itself is amazing! However, the property we stayed in was not equipped with smart tvs. They were very old televisions! Had to call someone in at 10:30 pm because none of the tvs would work! The kitchen was sparsely equipped! Including silverware and dishes. We were in PH 7 in the indigo tower. Wouldn’t recommend this room if traveling with a larger group.

The people were wonderful and the rooms exceeded expectations!

We saw 2 roaches in our hotel. It was smelly and dirty, and they charged for everything which was an inconvenience because it was not stated in the booking info.
