"I had an excellent stay at the hotel. It started when Stephanie checked me in. When I found out I was on the eighth floor, I requested a room on a lower floor. She immediately accommodated me with graciousness and professionalism. It set the tone for my stay. Great room with very good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was outstanding. Wonderful selection of both hot and cold items to choose from. Top notch. I wish the lighting were a little brighter in the room. Otherwise, an amazing stay."

"Check in was efficient. Reception staff were friendly. The room was clean but could do with a good painting/ decorating. Plaster work unpainted in some parts. There had been some sort of an accidental maintenance incident so maybe we hit it at a bad time. Could do with two comfy chairs for the bedroom. Furniture and wardrobes had a cheap look to them but functional. Bathroom facilities were excellent. We loved the fact you could open the sash windows wide. At €18 a pop we didn’t take breakfast. I’d still recommend staying there highly for location beside train station and tram stops and if I am ever back in Montpellier it’s the first place I’d look to stay. Overall a good experience but probably just under 4 star level."
