"This was a bit more than we typically spend for accommodations, but it was so worth every penny, there was not one thing I would have changed about our room (we stayed in the first lady suite) the owner was present and very accommodating and you could tell the employees really enjoyed their job...it was all smiles and good attitudes! Galena is a fun little getaway! We will go back!"

"We stayed in one of the cottages and enjoyed the Perseid meteor shower right from the property. The property is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. There's a heated pool, lake with paddle boats, a gazebo, and a large pavilion. We loved the firepit area right outside the cottages. It was perfect for watching the meteor shower and seeing the stars. It's so peaceful and quiet out there. It was the perfect escape from city life that we were hoping for. The property owner was super helpful with recommending activities in Galena and really made sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Galena. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!"
