"Rooms are tight. Aircon is loud and right next to the bed. Jacuzzi in the room makes the room feel awkward and clumsy. Shower doors do not close (intentionally) so this makes for a cold shower experience. Mattresses are lumpy and saggy. We did not sleep well."
