Staff were friendly. Very good parking outside property. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice from cereal, toast, full breakfast and American pancakes with fresh fruit or bacon. Room was comfortable. Rust on bottom of radiator and no where to hang clothes in ensuite. Shower was good Otherwise lovely stay.Short walk into Windermere. Bus stops outside property

Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed though small was good. We would not recomend this acxomodation.

Everything was amazing. Great location and lovely staff. The view from breakfast and the terrace bar was great. 2 things to improve that really hot under my skin.... Breakfast wasn't great. And the hotel bar is extremely overpriced. We paid 10£ for 2 cups of tea (tea bag tea!!!) and alcohol and soft drinks also way over priced. If you book, just make a brew in your room and bring it down, it's the same tea!

Wonderful! Everything about this establishment was worth a 10/10. Staff, service, beautiful lounges to sit at the end of your day. The dining staff and bar staff. Our room was really lovely. Great great great! Thank you for a very lovely stay
