Surrounded by nature yet only minutes from essentials, it’s the perfect base for relaxation or adventure. We keep the listing conservative to avoid large groups and because of a records discrepancy—thank you for understanding! Renters have full access to the entire home. Well stocked and clean. 4 very good size bedrooms. There is a ton of steps to get from the main floor to the lower balcony and then more to the game room. Then another long run to the dock. They want you to observe quiet time at 10 since it’s in an existing neighborhood with close neighbors. Didn’t remember seeing that when booking. Overall it’s great for a family get away. It was comfortable and had enough room for everyone to sleep. The host, Karla, welcomed our suggestions to make it even more comfortable for the next guests. There was no Keurig coffee machine as the pictures show, but the Ninja coffee machine worked just fine. There were a lot of steps to get to the dock. Fortunately for me, there was a porch swing about half way up to take a breather. The game room, unfortunately smelled moldy, so I feared for our health and we didn't use it as much as we wanted. There were a lot of spiders and webs at the dock, so we were unable to get to the second level. I recommend bringing extra towels if you don't want to wash them every day. Also, I recommend bringing laundry detergent. There were enough towels for one day, for 7 people. The cove and the neighborhood was very quiet. We brought a lot of water sports/gear and the owners also provide two canoes for the guests to use. Thanks to the lake house owners and by God's grace, we made good memories. ##### Betty C. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. And the house was stocked whit what we needed. We had a great week. We definitely will come back.
