Also note that not all bedrooms will be stocked with a TV and that we will be unable to provide additional TVs on request. Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are daily between 10PM - 7AM. Please be respectful to your fellow travelers and keep noise to appropriate levels. Repeated violations of this policy will result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. Pool (Heated) Hours: Daily 10AM - 7PM all year round. To ensure that rooms stay fresh and clean, we will ask for a $70.00 non-refundable cleaning fee (payable the first night of your stay). Smoking Fee: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.
