The parking pass was not immediately available where we were told it would be. (Assuming the tenants before forgot to leave it). And contacting the owner wasn’t immediate either. However, the owner also owns the condo right across from us and the tenants were most gracious and let us have one of theirs until ours could be located. Very nice people. And once the owner was able to respond, she was quick to remedy the issue. The condo was clean and as expected. The beds were hard and uncomfortable for us, but that was just our opinion.
