Getting Around: Uber and Lyft easily accessible but walking is highly encouraged! Only 0.5 miles to downtown Gainesville and 2 miles to UF! Other Things to Note: NO parties or loud music; $500 fee NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest 📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. While in quiet Duckpond neighborhood (close to Downtown), the house is on a busier street and pulling out of the drive can be challenging, but there is parking on side streets close by.
