it was dirty and run down. I picked the hotel because it had a good overall rating, but that was not the case at all. totally grimy and i could not wait to get out of there.

Emailed hotel to say we’d be arriving late. Arrived at midnight and after several attempts with the digital key, card keys, and staff master key, we couldn’t get into the room. Desk staff found out an earlier employee put someone in our room already because they booked 2 queens but were assigned a single queen. Desk staff tried multiple times to reach a manager and no one would respond. After almost 2 hours, she was able to get us into 2 separate single queen rooms instead of our double queen but one had a non-working tv. Our heads finally hit the pillows around 2:10 am. Despite all this I have to say Kay, the front desk employee, was amazing. She apologized over and over, pulled out both sleeper sofas for us, brought extra pillows and bedding, offered water, and really made every effort she could to assist.

This hotel was excellent!!! Very roomy , functional , clean , and the furniture was in new like condition . Whether it is a one night stay or multiple days , Hotel 2 is winner. And I am a frequent traveler , averaging 140 overnights per year. I’ve seen good and bad . You won’t be disappointed. Pet friendly is what swayed me to try Hotel 2.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and the rooms are great. I travel with my mom and the room is perfect for her needs (accessible bathroom, extra spacious room for her walker)... i will definitely go back

I was not told before time that the hotel was under repair. Dirt in elevators, on floor & entrance & ugly dumpster at entrance. I paid top dollar & expect more from Hilton as I am an Honors member. I should be reimbursed something as I paid so much for the room.

Property is close to UF and is away from the high traffic area. Entrance to the hotel is on the side of the hotel and not in front - entrance is narrow and hard to find specially at nighttime. Hotel does have parking area behind the hotel.

Hallways are super hot. Asked for housekeeping twice, but never got it. Coffee maker had a part missing. We had to find someone from housekeeping to help, because we called the front desk and they never sent anyone, the breakfast was absolutely awful. Sheets had stains. This place is terribly run
