Step back into the charm of the 1950s while enjoying all the modern comforts of today! Our beautifully updated all-brick vintage bungalow is located in historic Hibiscus Park—just a short walk to the University of Florida.


Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large smart TV, perfect for game day or movie night. The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, its own smart TV, and a private half bath. The front bedroom also offers a queen bed, smart TV, and abundant natural light. The third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a trundle twin bed and an additional pull-out mattress—making it easy to sleep up to 6 guests.


The bright and cheerful kitchen is outfitted with plantation shutters, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances—ideal for whipping up meals or snacks before heading out.

Beautifully maintained home in Gainesville

The house is beautiful outside and inside, very clean and beautiful Feng Shui colors and decor inside, roomy bedrooms with very convenient 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and downtown, minutes away. We got a loaded kitchen with nothing missing, with new appliances.
