Enjoy our spacious, new, property that is only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

Our home is a brand-new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Quick visit to Family at U of Fla.

The property was just like the pictures, very clean and spacious. Parking was limited as mentioned in the ad, bu we had no issues it was a great spot to get to the campus and local points of interest. We will look to rebook when we visit our kids in school at U of Florida

The house was beautiful. It fit our family very well. The host was very responsive to questions before arrival. A bit further from the stadium than what we would have liked. Parking can be a little tricky if other guests at adjacent houses have multiple cars. We parked in the lot behind the house in order to not get blocked in. Area looks like it is going through some renewal and has great potential. We wanted to rent again for graduation weekend but already booked.

Lovely stay here for 1 month for work! This place has everything you could ask for. All the Amenities, it was such a comfortable stay. Such a convienence being 2 blocks away from grocery store and gas stations. VERY close range to downtown. A great spot to explore Gainesville. suited for work or for fun!

Gator Fans Tour Gainesville
