    THE SPACE

    Cozy Gator is a spacious two-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome thoughtfully furnished with families, couples and small groups in mind.

    Both upstairs bedrooms are private suites, each featuring:
    • Queen bed with fresh, comfortable linens
    • Private en-suite full bathroom
    • Closet and storage space

    One bedroom also features its own second-story balcony.

    The living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. A convenient half bath is located downstairs.

    KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, including cookware, dishes, wine glasses, toaster, blender, microwave and dishwasher.

    And because mornings matter, you'll also find our Cozy Gator coffee bar stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, creamers, sugars and syrups to help you start your day.

    One of the best things about Cozy Gator is the location. We're approximately 1.5 miles from the University of Florida, making the home especially convenient for Gator football weekends, graduations, campus visits and other UF events.

    You'll also be close to Gainesville's restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, downtown attractions and many of the area's favorite local destinations.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great, and we truly felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you for such a great stay!
