Campus Cottage - Quick Walk to UF

Campus Cottage has everything you need to visit your Gator for a special event or attend a Florida football game. Totally renovated and complete with brand new modern furnishings and comforts, this studio apartment is your perfect weekend getaway.

Our ideal location near 13th and University is a quick walk to Campus, Publix, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, and a huge variety of Popular Restaurants. Leave your car in our designated private parking spot and enjoy all midtown pedestrian life has to offer.

Inside our spacious studio with vaulted ceilings you'll find a Queen Platform Bed, Kitchen, small Sofa Sleeper, Full Bathroom, and Large Closet. Enjoy live programming with YouTube TV and streaming on Apple TV with our wireless internet.

In the mornings and evenings, relax on the cottage's private screened-in porch under our picturesque 250+ year Grandaddy Oak.

Campus Cottage is located on the same property as our separate family home, which we occupy.

Checking in and out is super easy with our Schlage keyless entry. The friendly owners are available by text or phone if you need anything at all during your stay.

This studio apartment was the perfect location and had everything we needed for our three night stay to get our newest student settled in and started with classes. The apartment felt like it was brand new and the owners were super helpful and friendly. Very easy to walk to campus and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I stayed in this wonderful bungalow while visiting my daughter at UF. It took me back to my college years living amongst the students. Walking distance to the university. So nice my daughter stayed with me, and now wants to rent it for the Fall semester. Thank you.

Gator game!

Had a quick weekend in Gainesville, took my girls and husband to their first Gator game. Great location. Walking to everything campus. Cutest little cottage and very nice amenities. Pull out couch is little- my 8 and 10 year old daughters fit just fine. Owners were so nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Thinking we will return if we are lucky enough to get to a Gator game next year!

Gator Game Day Heaven!

Perfect location for walking to game/campus. Private Studio apartment. Apple TV, Cold AC, fully equipped kitchen, front screened porch perfect for hanging out, low key tailgating. Quiet, relaxing. Bed is super comfortable. Pull out sofa. Safe neighborhood and Very Clean. Well maintained. Great hosts. I can't say enough great things. Publix, Krispy Kreme 1.5 block walk. Tons of restaurants in walking distance. We parked and didn't drive again all weekend. Five stars. Space for Two adults and maybe two younger children. (Elementary) age is accurate. Go Gators!
