Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels.

We had a very bad experience checking in and finding the apartment. There was no one at the reception, everything was done by phone and the instructions were not clear. We managed to enter the department thanks to the collaboration of local people. Additionally, they charged us 3 times for the security deposit and it took them 4 days to return the money. Bad experience!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, check in and checkout were easy. The furnishings were basic. Linens were very lightweight. No TV. Overall happy with the stay.

We love the apartment super nice and clean. But we only have two bath towels and need a third one as well as extra toilet paper, the bathrooms don't have any sort of trash can or disposal.

LOTS of traffic noise from 34th street, a four-lane road just feet away. Too much light as well. 2nd night I used a sleep mask and white noise machine.

Got a condo on Expedia which stated that the rooms had TVs in bedrooms, coffee pot,and full kitchen. Had full kitchen but drawer was missing limited cookware.,no Tv, no dresser in bedroom, only bed in bedroom no nightstand,no cable just Roku on TV in living room. Also no furniture on patio there was an empty soap container in bathroom that was not supposed to be there. I did not even stay left within an hour found a hotel that had more than the condo. If you need a place just to lie your head and that it this is you place.

Brand New units. Very nice and quite. We stayed there for 6 nights. First night when we checked in, as it was brand new unit and was rented first time, Hot water tank somehow was not hooked up and small spiders were in unit but management allow us an access to another unit to take a shower untill it was fixed next morning. Overall it was a nice experience, we enjoyed our stay. It would be better if TV provided in the rooms. We will defenitely recommand this property and will stay again when in area.

It’s a new property and huge. Not sure how many units. Entering is Byzantine because the door code only worked on a door far from my unit. No signage inside to find the elevator. The unit was nice but there was no toilet paper or coffee maker or coffee cups. No tv as advertised. Towels were thin and meager. I think because it so new that they don’t have their act together yet. The WiFi code provided didn’t work but I found the modem on a high shelf in a closet and was able to decifer the password. It has potential but it is not ready for guests

Unit is located on first floor...directly on the busy street ( 4 lane road) with tons of traffic...ROAD NOISE IS TERRIBLE !....it does slow down after midnight...but still sounds like the cars are coming right into your room !....Also, NO TV, only internet...I went back and looked at ad/description and sure enough, not listed. Beware...Unit only had 1/2 roll toilet paper in each bathroom...ran out. Overall a bad stay for me !

Property is ok. The apts bedroom windows face a street where I can hear EVERY SINGLE vehicle that drives by especially the ones drag racing down the street. I’ve been up traveling for nearly 24 hours, and am now listening to traffic. The toilet in one of the bathrooms won’t flush so it’s been a treat plunging a strangers toilet out of town on vacation. There was trash left in the closet. The mattresses are hard and the pillows are very cheap and very thin. I am so beyond disappointed and exhausted from arguing with Expedia for an hour trying to cancel and refund this booking so that I can go somewhere else. This is outrageous. There’s not even a tv to attempt to drown out some of the noise

The property is a new built. Not much amenities inside. If you need a air dryer there is none I had to buy one. If you want to watch tv there’s none in the condo. We also. Price a lot of small spiders in the corners of the walls at night and fewer during the day. But overall it was a nice place. Great communication with the person in charge.

The bldg and unit were immaculate. Really enjoyed my short stay. Amenities were enough minus no tv in the unit. Great location close enough to everything. Communication with host was great. Would recommend and stay again when in the area.

The apartment was new and well maintained and convenient with the provided amenities, but cleanliness was lacking, with previous occupants’ clothes in the dresser and bedsheets in the washing machine. Entry procedure and wifi password did not match instructions, requiring further contact with the manager.
