"The condo/townhouse was beautifully decorated, just like the pictures showed. There were wonderful views of the golf course from the two balconies. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because most of the cooking pans had food debris around the "screws" that connect the handle to the pan. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the dishes. Also, the thermostat and every TV remote said the batteries were low. Since we didn't want to be without heat, I called the management company the morning...

"The location was perfect, it was a short but beautiful walk to downtown Helen. We went for Oktoberfest and it was a great time! The apartment was clean for the most part. I did notice some spiders and webs in the corners of the walls. I’d say they could be a little more detailed when cleaning and vacuuming. Overall, a good experience aside from the 10AM check out."

"Overall the stay was great. My only issue was the door was hard to get opened and it took me like five minutes to get into the door at one point. That may have been my issue.He told me not to put it up on my phone.Because it would mess with the magnetic strip. But what did I do I had it on top of my phone. I loved the shampoo.Normally I cannot use the shampoo in the motel room however, I did this time and it was great.It was a tea tree conditioning shampoo. I'd love to know if I could buy it somewhere. It was only an overnight stay, but everything went well.There was no issues with anything.It was an older building, however, I mean, I was satisfied.The bed was comfortable. Also, because the room that I had reserved was an upstairs room and I have a bad knee.He upgraded me to a king size downstairs. Staff was very accommodating. "
