Top Gaelic College of Celtic Arts and Crafts Hotel Reviews
Travels Inn Victoria County
10/10 Excellent
"The room is large, the air conditioning is new and efficient. There is no hair conditioner, cups, and coffee, and food provided in the place, but you can drive 10 minutes to there. You have a good night’s sleep in the room to continue with next day’s trip."
Lynwood Inn

St. Ann's Motel

"I liked the friendly staff. We arrived at 10pm, but we were still given information about local hikes and options about where to eat. Our room had a fridge and microwave, We were able to get a cot as well."
Silver Dart Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay here was very nice as a start and end of the Cabot trail. Staff was very friendly with recommendations in Baddeck and sights in the trail to stop and see. Laundry was an asset We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Nice to swim after a day in the car"
Bright and charming cabin on the Cabot Trail overlooking St. Ann’s bay.
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic stay! My husband and I stayed here 3 nights while we explored Cabot Trail. Cabin was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very private. We recommend finding it during daylight as the driveway is steep and fairly narrow. Our Toyota Prius made it up no problem. Beautiful view! And the traffic noise is fairly minimal."
Private cabin in Boisdale. Perfect getaway for the whole family with a view!
10/10 Excellent
"I have never given someone "excellent" before, but there is nothing less I can put for this cabin in Boisdale. It exceeded all my expectations! Lisa is a great host, answering all my questions prior to the visit. We were not greeted by large files of dos and don'ts, but with useful information on where to find the remotes, suggestions of places to visit, and invitations to call Lisa; all dotted about the cabin, and backed by inspirational signs on the walls. Lisa phoned once, halfway through the visit, to see how we were. I loved the artwork, the cabin's interior decoration and special dishes we could have used if we wanted to be elegant! The hot water, soaps, towels, bedding and so on were plentiful, clean, fresh and pleasant to use. The TV had everything we needed for viewing when the mosquitoes drove us inside. Every evening we had a different sunset to hold us in awe. Cape Breton is so beautiful with its wildflowers, birds, fish, rocks and waters. We were constantly admiring the beautifully coloured homes we passed, and the white churches, with their spires and cemeteries, especially held our attention. Unfortunately, the deer in Lisa's photos did not materialize. However, the motorways were fun to drive, and people we met were so friendly, we want to experience more.I am 88 years old, and managed well with a walker, both inside and out.The visit was far too short. Yet, even so, the aura of the cabin made me feel renewed, as stress dropped away."

"A tv would be nice but other than that excellent stay!"
Baddeck Domes
10/10 Excellent
"Not all the washrooms were available. Cozy extra clean room with a stunning view and where you can see the stars through your room. We hung a blanket over the door because there is no cover for them , yet."
