"The front desk services was not very good, but overall it was a satisfying experience. Being close to Haeundae, it was convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions and restaurants, and the location was easy to get around, so I experienced no inconvenience during my trip. As this is a residence, the space felt a little more spacious than standard hotel. Note that there is no standard amenities as offered in standard hotel. The room was neatly maintained and the necessary facilities were well equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay."

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."
