The manager was called, he kept telling me he couldn't accept cash then he said ok with a very disgruntled attitude he put my $50.00 notes under a counterfeit detector, I was treated like a criminal not a valued guest. The next morning I went shopping in Perth and placed a please clean my room on the door. I came back at 2.30 and the room had not been cleaned, they did apologize after I rang to let them know but I didn't want to go out again just to let the cleaner do her job. "

"Hougoumont Hotel is a little gem of an inn centrally located in Fremantle. I could easily walk wherever I needed to go within 15 minutes. My room was small but clean and modern looking. The staff were very friendly and replaced my lost access card in a snap. I highly recommend them! "
