The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. They had a "poker face" and were incredibly unapproachable, responding to questions or requests with the bare minimum effort, if at all. It felt like they couldn't care less about providing good service or ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. This lack of warmth and hospitality left a bad impression, and unfortunately, it overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.
