Residence Mala is a family house located in Funtana, just 100m from the well-maintained beaches. Restaurants, shops and the marina are a few minutes' walk away.  
A total of 4 newly furnished apartments are for rent in the house, one apartment is for 4 guests , three for 2 guests. On the fully fenced garden of 400m2 guests have available for shared use: swimming pool with salt water, whirlpool, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture for outdoor dining, covered brick barbecue, and covered parking for bicycles. Host lives at the ground floor and several parking spaces are located in front of the house.  
Apartment Residence Mala 2 for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house, with a total area of ​​35 m² and is suitable for 2 adults. Guests have at their disposal a living room, a dining table, a kitchen, a bedroom, a shower/toilet and a balcony with a sofa. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available and included in the price.

Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und hat deshalb keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Am Meer ist man super schnell, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto. Der Pool ist echt kühl, aber super sauber und es wird jeden Abend/Morgen aufgeräumt. Alles super!
