"The apartment was perfect for our 2 months stay and had everything we needed. In particular we enjoyed the morning sun and the pretty view from the deck and the private sun roof, the spacious closets in the bedrooms, the efficient heating on those colder days. Heidi, our host, was super nice and helpful and available anytime to address a few smaller issues. "It’s very central to the restaurants and coffee bars - they are on the same town square. It’s a lovely old building but very modern and clean inside. On arrival the staff were very friendly and smiling and showed us around the property. The room was cleaned very well every day. The breakfast had a great selection, with freshly cooked food and was available from early til 10:30 Would definitely stay at this hotel if in Tavira again."

"The hotel is brilliant, it had everything we wanted. The outdoor pool was fabulous and clean with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas,. The hotel has an indoor pool, a gym, and other facilities such as sauna and spa. Overall, the hotel is clean and excellently presented, our room was spacious, we had a decent size balcony, the room cleaned daily if desired with fresh towels. Very happy with the room size and bathroom. The room had a TV and AC. We were greeted with very friendly staff daily, the breakfast buffet was amazing, the variety of food on offer was great. We would definitely recommend The Vila Gale Tavira Hotel and we stay there again. "

The staff was very helpful with recommendations for eating and activities.
