This property, located on the 2nd floor of a building of recent and ultra modern construction, has two bedrooms, with double bed, balcony, wardrobe, having one of them private bathroom with shower. The living room is divided in two areas, a dining area, with a support furniture, and a living area, with a comfortable sofa, cable TV. The access to the outside, to a pleasant balcony that provides a nice space with sun exposure, great to have a coffee, read a book and relax. The kitchen is large, is fully equipped, has a dining area and a laundry area. This property is prepared to host a maximum of 4 people. Parking available. Wi-Fi in all areas. AREA Property located in Avenida das Madalenas, sleeping and quiet area, close to the accesses to the highway, both to the east and west of Madeira Island. This apartment is very close to a pleasant public garden, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Nearby, there are pastry shops and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or taste international dishes. Besides the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city centre (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants. Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. The checkin was easy and the communication was good. We personally would not stay here again because of a serious ant problem. The company did send in people right away to try and resolve the problem unfortunately we still had ants crawling all over the kitchen counter the entire three days we were there. A empresa comunicou tudo prontamente. A casa é grande e tal como descrita. Existem algumas melhorias que podem implementar (toalheiros no wc e mais luz) e ter mais cuidado na manutenção do espaço (ralo lavatório entupido, estore não descia, cortinados sujos). Apesar disso é possível passar boas férias no apartamento por um preço justo face ao mercado. Há muitas lojas nas imediações e rapidamente entramos na via rápida. Tem uma boa garagem para 1 carro.
