"My family and I have been to many hotels I different parts of the country, 3 star to 5 star hotels. We have never been to a hotel like this particular one, The hotel, is brand new or recently renovated with the latest designs, the amenities were just what a large family like mine can ask for (outside patio with two large gas grilles, very clean indoor swimming pool, gym, smart tv, kitchen that saves us a lot of money on food, and much more). These things are nice and necessary, but what makes the hotel very special is the outstanding customer service. Since the moment we came in, the staff made sure we were treated like royalty. I want to make emphasis on KERRI the receptionist, she was on top of things, making sure my family was well taken care of from check-in to check-out. You can tell when someone just works for the money, not Kerri, she treated us like family. I’ve stayed at some known brand hotels in downtown Lake George in the past that I have nothing good to say about. I extremely recommend this hotel, 10 minutes drive to downtown LG."

"The water park is very cool especially the lazy river ! Room was comfortable but all the hotel could use some renovations. The breakfast was terrible served almost cold. The children had a lot of fun !"

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself was old looking and could use some updates. With that said it didn’t appear the cleanest, but it wasn’t horrible nor did it make get grossed out or uncomfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I had to. The beds were very comfortable but their double beds. The rooms were on the smaller side. The breakfast is very limited and the room is extremely small for breakfast."

"Our hosts were incredible. Responded immediately to any inquiries from the time we made the reservation to the time we checked in. House was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. Yard was great for sitting out at night. House is in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to all attractions. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely book again on our next trip."

"This home was perfect for our family of six adults and five children 10 and under. The adults had plenty of privacy for adult time as the kids were very entertained in a play area. The home is very spacious and conducive to family hangouts. We were only there for four nights so we didn’t use the outside area which was beautiful. So much to do in the area, including Whitewater rafting, a rodeo, zip lines, pontoon boats, mini golf, etc. etc."
