Great location. Staff was nice. The check-in process was WRETCHED! We are still dealing with weird charges on our end. I had a friend arrive before me and they wouldn’t let her check in. Then when we got it straightened the charger her cc for amenities. Just a clunky process.

I can't recall a more negative hotel experience in my years. It was horrible. The staff were confrontational and uncooperative. The room was infested with asian beetles that bite [staff tried to convince me they were lady bugs - eight of them]. An educational note for your staff...lady bugs are red. ...

Downtown Birmingham Apartments by Landing
New and clean, with convenient location. The different access codes for parking vs door were somewhat inconvenient, but otherwise a great stay.
