"I booked a stay and got to the hotel and there were no rooms available. I also wasn’t able to get refunded. Terrible experience. Do not recommend this hotel or hotels.com. Management was inconsiderate. I will change my review if I am refunded. Otherwise it’s a big negative for me."

"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. ..."

"This LaQuinta was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer in the room & no hot water. Breakfast was also disappointing. Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast."
