The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. He went above and beyond his duty and was very apologetic when he couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel. We appreciate his efforts. The hotel is new and very clean. The library/cafe is cozy, bright and welcoming. Breakfast had quite an assortment of foods and numerous drinks and an assortment of smoothies. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and corridors looking like new. There are a few places for meals near the hotels well as in the mall nearby. Highly recommend.

The location is essential - next to the train station and ferry terminal. Room is spacious, clean with beautiful water view.

Other than the room being very small, the location was great. The room was clean and the staff was very kind. Sleepwear was provided and amenities. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for the location alone.
