"The location was great and within walking distance of many small restaurants and shops. However, there wasn’t a direct car app pickup available in front of the hotel, so we had to walk a bit to the main street to get a ride. The hotel itself was small, clean, and well maintained. One downside was that there was no elevator, which made carrying our heavy luggage up several flights of stairs quite difficult."

"Staff very welcoming. Nice pool/loungers on top floor. Good value. Excellent freezing cold showers after hot day in the sun! Several British TV channels which was nice change from other hotels. Only criticism is easy to hear noises from other rooms, walls not very soundproof but that's possibly represented in the value price. Overall very pleasant stay with helpful friendly staff."

"Pros: • Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect! • It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below. • Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.) • They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days. • We had 2 AC units - 1 for each room - which work well and are so nice at the end of a long, hot day. Cons: • There were a few misses for the bathroom. For starters, it's in the middle of the room with frosted glass that doesn't offer a lot of privacy, so not ideal for families. • We were also never provided with hand soap, so we used body wash from the shower to wash our hands. No tissues either, so used toilet paper. Our bath towels day 1 were large and great but when housekeeping changed them, we got much smaller towels - even though we had them hanging on the hooks, implying not to replace them according to their sign. • There is never staff on site. This property feels more like an Airbnb. We were also contacted a few days before check-in and pressured to pay in advance which was not what we were expecting (Expedia booking was to pay on site), so we felt a bit uneasy about it. We reached out to Expedia to confirm the contact and request were legit before paying."

"Monica 'house iis in a perfect location in the old town, Marbella. There's a restaurant literally outside the front door., and lots more within minutes. The "Orange square" is just around the corner. The house is stocked with everything you need for up to six people. A welcome fruit bowl, tea coffee etc. We would recommend this property highly."
