Beautiful tranquil setting with a charming host. The property is accessible via a quaint forest road. Having meals on our veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful break. Dinner was perfect (4-course), and breakfast fresh and included lovely pastries and or course a gorgeous Frech croissant, the perfect start to a day in the charming French countryside. ##### Pierre Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Keith 24 Sept 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Very Relaxing place to stay We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. The chalet was very spacious with a very big bathroom, there was a spa bath on the balcony, a nice touch but I think this is extra and we did not use it. There was a very usable kitchenette, good air conditioning and wi-fi, everything you would need for to base yourselves for a week. We unfortunately were on a tighter schedule so only stayed for one night, which is a bit of a shame as we would have happily stayed longer as it was very relaxing.
