The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs

"Let me get the con out of the way first. We were initially put on the third floor of the West Inn. Unfortunately, in the roofline are the HVAC units, and we were directly beneath one. Can be rather noisy. Also unfortunately, we couldn’t be moved, it being the weekend and the hotel was full. Sunday, we were able to be moved to the second floor. With that done, this is a great hotel! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, great staff, very helpful when we were moved. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, the two meals we had there were delicious. Fantastic amenities onsite including a full service spa with all the pampering you could want. Berkeley Spring Park is right next door, with more spa features available. The hotel sits right on Main Street, making the downtown area very walkable, with lots of great little shops. Will definitely go back."

"I found and booked this place for my family and they absolutely loved it. There was about 11 of us and we fit perfectly fine at our cabin. We enjoyed the pool and played tennis. Definitely recommend."

"Clean, comfortable and close to town. The property grounds were welcoming with multiple view points of the Potomac River and great places to have a fire and watch the sunset over the mountains. Would definitely recommend and will most likely book another trip back."

"This cabin is cozy, comfortable, beautiful furnished, well equipped, and the front porch was amazing to sit, look at trees, listen to nature, and relax! The beds and linens are top notch. It felt remote but the town is 5 minutes away! Katie was very responsive and gave a great list of recommendations for the area. Being able to bring our dog was a priority and he loved it too."

"We really enjoyed our anniversary weekend at the cabin. The fire pit and hot tub were great. Very private and serene property. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend the cabin to friends/family. The host was very friendly and got back to me via text very quickly. A few upgrades: provide more towels (only got 2 sets) or encourage guests to bring towels, raise the hammock (if you weigh more than 150 pounds you’ll be on the ground), the info/welcome book at the cabin was a bit outdated (info not relevant anymore or have changed). For example, they no longer provide robes or a washer and dryer. The book was also falling apart. There was conflicting info in the book and the emailed house info."
