Very open, bright and clean. We had two families with 3 teenage boys and a dog and we still had plenty of room to entertain more friends that were also staying on the island. The backyard is large and beautiful and the pool is huge and very nice. Lots of amenities including a kitchen full of new appliances and kitchen supplies, new washer and dryer, pellet smoker and black stone grill, folding beach chairs and beach towels. Only a block from the beach access, we could easily walk there. Before and during our stay I had several questions and our host Crystal was super quick to respond and help.
