Newly renovated Sunsuite Efficiency! Centrally located in the heart of Fripp Island. Steps away from the Beach Club, Island Bites, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center and the new Fripp Arcade! This 2nd floor studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being walking distance from the beach. Property is now pet friendly with a fee! 517 Sunsuite will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

This unit includes a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, and Keurig and drip coffee maker. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity area. Smart TV with Hargray cable live tv and high-speed wireless internet. Down the hall is a separate shared laundry area with washers and dryers. Daily rentals available year-round!

Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your shared balcony. With easy access to the beach, golf courses, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. This island and VRBO were beautiful. The room was exactly as described and communication was easy. I did rent a golf cart which I didn't use much, but if you're planning on going golfing, to the animal center, etc., I would recommend it. Parking really was awful, I didn't move my car after I parked it. Because parking was so bad, unloading and loading the car was difficult. This is also not a handicap accessible location. You can get to most of the resort but this particular unit is on the second floor and there's no elevator. There were two of us staying here and one of us used the pull out couch which was very uncomfortable so she just slept on the couch not pulled out. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go- just add groceries. Overall it was a very good time and everyone was very friendly.
