Cortijo del Rey is a spacious villa with a private pool and an attractive garden. It is located in a quiet rural area with wonderful panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains. Although its location is secluded, the villa is a 10 minute drive from Nerja and Frigiliana and from the beautiful Burriana beach in Nerja as well. The pool was clean, cool, well kept, and incredible. We also thoroughly enjoyed the covered BBQ area right next to the pool. The house was a comfortable size for the two of us. We stayed in this house for a week and it was simply amazing. The views of the sea and the mountains are breathtaking, but what stood out the most was the privacy. Being a bit away from the village, we felt completely peaceful and relaxed, without crowdsnoise. The private pool, the BBQ area, and the loungers provided everything we needed to disconnect. It was truly a luxury to enjoy all of this without any interruptions. I would also like to thank the lovely owners and Spain Sun Rentals who were brilliant and from whom we received fantastic service from the booking process to the way we were looked after whilst we were at the villa. I would just note that the house is all on one level on the first floor. There are some steps to climb but it has some lovely views from that terrace.
