My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Other then that well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management.

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

Our double room was fantastic, with its own mini kitchen, a great bathroom, a sofa in front of the bed in case you wanted to watch TV, a fridge and lots of space. There was very little noise outside and we slept really well. Quite honestly, it was the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. Staff in reception were very polite, friendly, helpful and spoke great English. The small reception area is also a very pleasant place to enjoy a late-night drink, as they serve alcohol from a small bar. Highly recommended if you stay in Leipzig.

The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either.
The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced.
The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests.
I would not stay here again

Levde inte upp till förväntningarna. Vi bad om kaffe i vår lilla termos när vi åkte, rymmer två koppar. Pris över 8 EUR. Oskäligt. Det stod att restaurant fanns. Det stämmer inte. Reception obemannad. Hämtade nyckel till rummet i ett utomhus nyckelskåp. Rekommenderas ej.

It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk.
