"We had such an incredible and magical time—honestly, it feels like a place we may never experience again. Staying here felt like living in a fairytale, and in the best way possible, it was wonderfully overwhelming because there was so much to enjoy.The property was absolutely beautiful, and you could truly tell how much care, thought, and love the host put into every room and every detail throughout the house. The indoor pool, especially, was stunning and truly unforgettable—it made the experience even more special.This home is extremely family-friendly and impressively spacious. We traveled with kids, and while the house was so large that calling them from room to room was sometimes a challenge, it actually turned into a blessing. It gave the adults rare and much-appreciated moments of quiet and relaxation.Kate was an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive—whenever we had a question, she replied right away—and she guided us so thoughtfully that the entire trip felt smooth, easy, and stress-free. Finding a place like this again would be very difficult, which made the experience feel even more like a dream. Everyone felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly happy throughout our stay.If there was one regret, it was that our 3-night, 4-day stay felt far too short compared to how special this place was. We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it just a little more."

"Hosted a small family Thanksgiving. Delaware and Ohio family meeting in the middle. Very beautiful, comfortable home. Nicely decorated and very nice bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfect comfortable beds and also a nice big couch for Holiday movie watching with a cozy fire in the fireplace. Dog friendly with plenty of outside “sniffing” space. Loved the views! Enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit! Nice big table for games and all the family sitting at the table for dinner. Kitchen is very accommodating for family meals. Had a perfect stay! Will absolutely come back! "

"Our group of 5 (and 1 pup) had a lovely stay at the Riverside. The kitchen was spacious and easy for meal preparation, the rooms were cozy and well outfitted with blankets/space heaters, and the large dining table offered ample opportunity for chatting and gaming. We had a picturesque view of the falling leaves into the river in front of the house. The property offered a welcome respite from busy lives, and we enjoyed our time very much. A great place to enjoy the beauty of fall!"
