We had the family suite which is great for having a gathering of 9-12 people. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a leak in the ceiling from the hot tub in the room above us that leaked in our hot tub. The jets on the our hot tub didn't work and the fireplace timer didn't work ...
