Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great.

Very clean large room with excellent amenities. Slight niggle that sink stopper did not work. Surprised that given the range of other offerings not a single draft beer available at the bar. The breakfast options are excellent, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming without exception.

"It was close enough to walk to Point State Park, North Shore going across Duquenne Bridge, and Market Square downtown. Or, you could call for a ride and go anywhere in the city. They parked the vehicle for you which was nice. Bell service getting luggage to room was great! Breakfast in the morning ..."
