"Staff was not friendly at all! Room had hairs on floor. They were not ours. Not sure what was going on the weekend we stayed. Kids (teens) running up and down halls in the evening. Floor would shake! We ended up finding the kids! My son yelled at them!! They did grant a late check out. By 1 hour. ..."
