8.6/10 Excellent! (1,673 reviews)
Counter staff was good as well as valet. There was no tv working in my room and I was on the backside of the elevator. Needed somthing to drown out the noise. Tried to use their restaurant for breakfast, we waited 30 minutes to even get to order. Took over an hour and we were almost late for our flight.

We tried to check in at 5:30 and our room was not ready and we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes or so. However we were going to a game and so we didn’t have time to wait. So we were told that it would be no problem to check in later in the night. Well we didn’t get back until around 10:20, and there was no one at the front desk and another worker told us someone would be down shortly. We waited probably another 15-20minutes before someone came to check us in to our room. Just a little disappointed with the fact that our room was not ready at 5:30 let alone not until 6:00 when the property states check in starts at 4:00. We didn’t get settled into our room until after 11, after a long night.
