Neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around. There were plenty of comfy beds but the layout wasn’t great for multiple families or large group. The house was dirty and didn’t have very much toilet paper to accommodate a large group. Would have loved the outdoor space but it was overgrown and unusable. Not ideal for a large group of 13\. Better for a smaller group as there is only dining space for 9 -10 comfortably. Overall the place was fine and we made it work for our trip.
