The kitchen and bathrooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully designed—everything felt high-end and thoughtfully appointed. The bedroom was a highlight, with incredible natural light and large windows that opened to let in the most refreshing island breeze. It made waking up each morning an absolute dream.The location was also perfect—just around the corner from Duck Soup and Lakedale Resort, and a short drive into town. There are many blackberries on the property and we picked a few bowlful and made a blackberry peach crisp. It is delicious. Although this has nothing to do with the house, just be aware that there was no cell service at the house unless you have roaming on. Our Canadians friends did have cell service.
