This VRBO was nice, clean, very close to baseball field and had good AC to keep it cool in the extreme heat. The front gate wouldn’t lock the first night but they came the next day to fix it. They were prompt in their communication. The kitchen was furnished with very nice appliances and very clean. The back door out of the kitchen was a love cut glass window that was beautiful in the morning light. The three bedrooms were nicely furnished. We only used two of the three , but the beds were very comfortable. Although a little inconvenient , the front was fenced with a locked sliding gate that made us feel very safe. The single bathroom was very nicely appointed. Overall, a pleasant stay. ##### Melinda H. Very convenient. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside the property except for sleep, the temperature inside the house was toasty. The front yard has some over growth and overall unmanicured lawn areas which made it difficult for my low to the ground pup to use but we managed.
