If party/event activity is observed, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unregistered guests found to be staying in the property, will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of reservation without refund. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. NO smoking or vaping within the premises of the property. NO pets allowed. If pets are found on the property, a $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply in addition to the $198 cleaning fee, and guests will be asked to leave with no refund. No exceptions.
