The Sierra River House is the best place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia & Kings Canyon Parks. The House is in Three Rivers, CA - 5 min to the Sequoia National Park. The custom windows are large throughout the home offering the most wonderful views of Mountains, River, Moro Rock and Woodland. There are River and Mountain views from every room in the home. Our Riverfront Home is perched on the river's edge, offering spectacular views from every room and lounging deck overlooking the river. You will wake up to amazing views of the Kaweah River right out the bedroom windows. The home is approximately 2000+- sqft., but feels even much larger due to the large cathedral ceilings. This Home was newly Remodeled and it has All New Modern Furnishings from the couches, tables, beds, chairs. It has all the amenities - WiFi, Smart TV, and satelite spectrum cable. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Kitchen has new Quartz countertops, and new Stainless Steal Appliances. The House has central AC/Heat. It also has a washer and dryer. Relax in the Sierra River House with the comfort of knowing that everything you need it there. Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site. Game room:: Garage is turned to a Game Room with ping pong table and pool table. This house is absolutely amazing and will offer your family and friends unforgettable memories. The River:: The Kaweah River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Kaweah Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high enough for white water rafting. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never dries up. We are fortunate to have a river that is year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring. The Outside:: The house sits about 2 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, and just a couple minutes to the downtown area of Three Rivers. The home sits on 1.63 private acres of beauty and tranquility. Stargazing is a must during late evening and night time. This is truly a nature lovers paradise. Three Rivers town has it all. There are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just a few miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing. NEIGHBORHOOD LIFE:: This is a retirement community so if you are coming to relax and hangout this is the prefect place. Sequoia hideout Well hidden, well laid out place with absolutely lovely outdoor gardens leading to the river below. Just gorgeous. The place had everything and ridiculously close to the Sequoia Nat’l Park. Instructions were beyond expectations. The home is positioned on the river so we could enjoys it both inside the home and outside on the deck and shore. Our kids loved the game room and we appreciated the spaciousness of the house. The house was absolutely beautiful with picture windows, a fully stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need. It really felt like home! They also made some special accommodations for my sister that had mobility issues! We enjoyed the sleeping each night to the sound of the river. We will definitely be visiting again! ##### Jolynn W. It’s true—this home is nicer than the photos indicate. The large living room windows afford a clear view of the river running outside, as well as the trees and mountains behind it. At night, we turned off the lights and enjoyed the hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of stars overhead. We loved the proximity to The Sequoia National Park. It has all the amenities of home, we had fun with the recreation activities in the garage, good for the younger adults in the group. Loved the property and privacy. So peaceful and relaxing!!! We hiked, river rafting, Climbed Moro rock and saw the National parks during our visit. We were able to go out to eat and cook at the property and loved every minute. Srey provided information before our arrival of places to visit, restaurants and where to go for groceries in nearby towns. We stopped in the town of Visilia before our arrival to grocery shop. We usually do an annual camp trip in Three Rivers. Decided to switch it up and rent a home. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and waterfront! We enjoyed several home cooked meals, floating in the river, hiking the nearby national park, and visiting local restaurants. The game room was so much fun with the pool table, ping pong table and video games! Srey was amazing, top notch host! She was in constant communication with us from start to finish, ensured all our needs were met. After traveling from Yosemite the day before, we enjoyed a rest day at the house before heading into Sequoia. The game room was a HUGE hit with our kids and the extra large washing machine and dryer were a HUGE hit for the adults. We had a great time tubing in the river and swimming in the calm water holes. Our only suggestion for the house is ceiling fans! No air conditioning can keep up with the 100+ temps and the days/late afternoon the house was warm. It would cool off by bed time so sleeping was comfortable. Overall, this house was a big hit and we would love to stay again! ##### Julie L. The home was clean, comfortable, well maintained and smart layout for our group of seven. We spent most of our time on the back deck or along the river bank but enjoyed group meals in the kitchen/dining area and out 10-year old daughter had a blast in the garage that has been converted to a rec room.
