As you might expect, the house is on a somewhat busy street. However, the house is set back from the street and most of the sounds you will hear will be the backyard waterfall and the birds chirping. This is a perfect base for that. The communiciation with Lisa was excellent. She reacted very quick and made sure we were allright. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures so it met our expectations. Not big, but everything we needed, was in it. When we all realized that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous guest, she immediately assumed responsibility and took action. She came out on Sunday evening at 7 PM and worked alongside the cleaner to get the apartment prepared quickly. After our stay, Lisa also assumed responsibility and graciously offered us compensation for our inconvenience. Sometime details fall through the cracks despite our best efforts. It happens to all of us, but not everyone is willing to own up to their mistakes. I commend Lisa and Elizabeth for their mature response. I believe them when they say that this has never happened to them before, and I think they will be very careful to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The rest of our stay went well. Of note, the mattresses are very comfortable. I will definitely give them another try in the future. ##### Janette V.
